      Ingredients

      Bread Crumbs (Wheat), Cornmeal, Maltodextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Modified Vegetable Oil, Spices, Citric Acid, Caramel.

      Directions

      Moisten 2.5 lb. bone-in chicken (6 to 8 pieces) or 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves and then: 1) shake moistened chicken with one packet of coating mix (1 - 2 pieces as a time). discard any remaining mix and bag. 3) bake in ungreased or foil lined baking pan until cooked through.
