      Ingredients

      Bread Crumbs (Wheat), Cornmeal, Enriched Wheat Flour, Corn Maltodextrin, Salt, Canola Oil, Spices (Celery), Citric Acid, Caramel.

      Directions

      Moisten 2.5 lb. bone-in chicken (6 to 8 pieces) or 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves and then: 1) coat chicken in coating mix (1 - 2 pieces as a time). 2) discard any remaining mix 3) bake in ungreased or foil lined baking pan until cooked through.
